I'm trying to branch out, stylewise, in my postpartum body. This isn't anything like my current closet, but I thought it looked cute! I was right! I got the khaki color, and it's really a light peachy color. Lots of pinky tones in it. It's totally cute! And it's soft. The collar is fun, and the length feels "safe."I do wish the sleeves provided just a tad more coverage. I'm wearing a black cap sleeve undershirt in these photos to show you where things stop. I've been wearing these cap sleeve undershirts for years, and their sleeve coverage is what I picture in my head when I think of cap sleeves. This sweater doesn't quite give me that level of coverage. The sleeves come out all the way to the horizontal edge of my shoulders, but don't really cover the edge of them. I also was glad I had an undershirt to cover under my arms. These holes come down low enough to show my entire bra, which just isn't my comfort zone. Finally, the undershirt was necessary for me in the cleavage department. I'm on the bustier side, and this would just show a LOT without the undershirt on. I'll switch to a white shirt when I wear this out and about for real, but if you're a conservative clothing girlie like me, this didn't *quite* fit the bill without a little extra help.

I ordered this for my wife to try, so here are her comments on this item:This is interesting! I think it's kind of cute, but cuter as a vest than as a summer top. We live in Maryland, so this will most likely be way too warm for summer anyway. It is very well made and the knit fabric is substantial and very soft. I wore it over my long-sleeve tee the rest of the day after receiving it, and it was super comfortable to wear and helped me stay warm. I will most likely pair it with a white long-sleeved tee or turtleneck in the winter. I did take one star off because the fit seems pretty large for an XXL. If I bought it again I would size down one size for a closer fit. I even took a chance on this being too small, since for a size XXL the bust says 40.6" and my bust actually measures 44" - but since I typically wear an XXL in tops I figured it might work. So I would definitely recommend this top, but would recommend sizing down at least one size.

This sweater vest top is made of a comfortable stretchy material. It is truly a sweater top that could be layered for extra warmth. It can also be used on cooler spring/summer days as a sleeveless top. I love the striped black and white design but only wish this was made of a higher quality natural fiber. It looks beautiful but I’m not sure how long it will last given the viscose and polyester makeup of this fabric.
